The Dreamwidth version of putting ephemeral content in the tags should be putting ephemeral content in a comment on your own post.

Here's an example of what I mean. Note the informality of it. It'll be nice to be able to put commas in here, since they aren't being used as separators anymore. Is this Weird? Yeah, a bit. But if we all start doing it it'll stop being weird pretty quick.
