I have become the sort of person who heavily annotated cookbooks. Usually with nutritional information, but sometimes with "how about no" or "and some garlic".
Good. <3 I'd love to see more annotated books. My alternative for cookbooks is typing up or copy/pasting a recipe into my recipe google docs, with my alterations (particularly if I want to share it with someone.)
